Mia Morisset

Mia Morisset is a Partner at Inovia Capital, where she focuses on growth-stage technology investments across North America. Since joining the firm in 2018, she has participated in more than 12 transactions representing over $2 billion in aggregate capital raised. She led recent Growth Fund investments in Guesty, Novisto, and Motion, and works closely with portfolio companies including AlayaCare, Lark, Diamo, Talent.com, Super.com, and Wazo. In addition to investing, Mia plays an active role in developing Inovia’s growth strategy, fundraising efforts, and talent development initiatives.

Prior to Inovia, Mia worked in private equity at PSP Investments and management consulting at Roland Berger. Mia is also Kauffman Fellow and recipient of a Next Gen Leadership award in venture capital.
