Rania Ajakane

Rania joined Inovia Capital’s Growth team in February 2022. Prior to that, Rania was a consultant in Accenture’s Banking Strategy practice where she advised top-tier financial institutions as well as large enterprises from other industries, helping them navigate complex transformations, from AI adoption to cost reduction strategies.

Rania holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and was the president of the school’s Finance club.
