Charlotte Borgognoni

Charlotte joined Inovia Capital in October 2020 in Montreal and was promoted to Vice President in 2024. She has been actively involved in dealflow activities and portfolio support, working with several Inovia companies, including Wealthsimple, Spare, Rewind, Fellow, and Symend.

Previously, she worked on Salesforce’s Strategy team in San Francisco, where she supported the Office of the CEO and the Head of Worldwide Sales. Charlotte began her career at Deloitte Canada as a Consultant in the Strategy & Operations group, advising large companies across the financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. She grew up in Northern Italy and moved to Montreal to attend McGill University, where she graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Commerce.
