Carlee Olsen

Carlee joined Inovia Capital’s Growth Team in January 2026. Prior to Inovia, she was an Associate at Deloitte, where she focused on sell-side M&A and capital raising for mid-market companies. Earlier in her career, Carlee completed internships in AI strategy and venture capital, gaining exposure to technology-driven businesses and investment analysis.

Carlee holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School, where she earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and received an award for outstanding academic and extracurricular involvement.
