Jonathan Shih biography

Jonathan is the CTO and Co-Founder of Pine. He studied computer science at UC Berkeley and UCLA and worked at Facebook as well as a number of startups, two of which have had successful exits.

Before starting Pine, he was a software engineer at Instabase, a unicorn in the workflow automation space, where he met Justin, who convinced him that the Canadian mortgage industry is ripe for change. Afterwards, he moved his family to Toronto and is looking to automate the mortgage process and make it as efficient as possible.
