Delia Pettit

Delia is Executive Administrator at Inovia Capital, supporting the Founder and CEO and playing a key support role in HR, legal and IT operations. A central liaison within the Montréal office and across global teams, she serves as a trusted sounding board and operational anchor for high-priority initiatives.

With a career rooted in program management and operations in the non-profit and small-business sectors, Delia brings a proven ability to streamline processes, manage complex projects, and strengthen cross-functional execution.

She holds a degree in Translation from Laurentian University and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
