Claire Glossop Irani

Claire joined Inovia Capital in May 2023. As Head of Strategic Partnerships and Office of the CEO based in Abu Dhabi, she leads Inovia’s efforts across the Middle East. In addition to overseeing our global Investor Relations function, her mandate includes supporting our portfolio companies’ global ambitions by generating new commercial partnerships and sourcing co-investment opportunities from the region once we are fully operational.

Prior to joining Inovia, Claire was a Principal in Onex’ Client and Product Solutions group where she was a private equity product specialist and head of project management. Claire also spent time on the Onex Partners investment team where she evaluated and conducted due diligence on new investment opportunities. Claire started her career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte spending time in the Toronto and Dubai offices. 

Claire holds an M.B.A., Finance (with Honours) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; an MSc. (with Merit) from the London School of Economics and Political Science; and a B.A. (with High Distinction) from Trinity College at the University of Toronto.
