Alice Reimer biography
Alice Reimer is a successful technology entrepreneur and dedicated community leader and mentor. A true trailblazer in Alberta’s tech startup community, Alice has helped build the innovation ecosystem in this province for the last two decades and has championed and mentored current and aspiring founders, earning her recognition as a recipient of the Rod Charko Service award.
Alice is currently the CEO of Fillip Fleet, a fintech startup leading the digital transformation of the fleet card industry, and an advisor to Creative Destruction Lab Rockies. Alice is Co-Founder and Director for The51 and Venture Partner for Fund I, Fund II, and Food & AgTech. She is also a Venture Partner for Voyager. Additionally, Alice serves on the boards of Alberta Blue Cross and Syantra Diagnostics Inc.
As a technology entrepreneur, Alice led ground-breaking SaaS companies for global retail giants such as Walmart, Home Depot, and LEGO, earning her national recognition with PROFIT W100’s designation as one of Canada’s Top Female Entrepreneurs, Alberta Venture’s, Alberta’s 50 Most Influential People and CIWB Small and Medium Enterprise recipient. Previously, Alice co-founded Calgary-based Evoco, leading the innovative software firm from initial concept through to a 2012 acquisition. Alice was also the CEO of Chaordix, a pioneering software leader in the crowdsourcing and open innovation space.
