Tze-Yang Tung biography

Tze-Yang Tung is the CTO & Co-Founder of Not Diamond, an AI model router that improves LLM accuracy while reducing costs and latency.

Tze-Yang completed his PhD research at Imperial College London on networking diverse AI models together to outperform monolithic models as task complexity increases. He then co-founded a startup with his grad supervisor based on the optimization techniques in his research, before going on to join Bell Labs as a Machine Learning Researcher.

Prior to his PhD, Tze-Yang received his Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s in the same field from Imperial College London.
