Raghav Samavedam biography

Raghav Samavedam is the Chief Technology Officer at Medeloop, a company he co-founded after leaving Stanford three years ago. He initially specialized in theoretical mathematics, publishing research in algebraic graph theory and completing graduate coursework in topology and analysis at Ohio State. At Stanford, Raghav focused extensively on machine learning research, exploring diverse areas such as deep learning for computational epigenomics, computer vision for climate change mitigation, and meta-reinforcement learning for experimental robotics. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is passionate about the arts—he has performed violin at Carnegie Hall and danced with Stanford’s premier South Asian Raas and Bhangra teams.
