Mike Silagadze biography
Mike Silagadze is the co-founder of Top Hat. Under his leadership and vision as CEO, Top hat grew to become the market leader in dynamic courseware for higher education.
In 2021, after leading the company for over a decade, Silagadze appointed Joe Rohrlich as CEO to guide the company on the next stage of its growth journey. Mike continues to support Top Hat as an active board member.
Silagadze is now the CEO of Gadze Finance, an asset management firm, and a venture partner at Ripple Ventures, a venture capital fund.
Silagadze holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
