Thomas-Jacques Nycz

Thomas is a Growth Equity Analyst based in Montreal. He joined full-time in May 2026 after completing an internship with the team last summer.

Thomas has experience across most stages and structures of private investing, including early-stage venture at Front Row Ventures, fund investments and direct private equity at Investment Quebec, and manufacturing buyout private equity at BDG & Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC Montreal.
