Hellen Garcia

Hellen joined Inovia Capital as an Investor Relations Analyst in October 2025. Before joining Inovia, she was a Private Equity Funds Analyst at La Caisse (CDPQ), where she contributed to investment analysis, due diligence, and the ongoing monitoring of global Private Equity and Venture Capital funds. Prior to that, she worked at PSP Investments on the Alpha Alternatives team, supporting a portfolio of opportunistic credit and equity investments.

Hellen grew up in Nicaragua and holds an M.Sc. in Applied Financial Economics from HEC Montréal and a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Carlos III University in Madrid.
