Drawing on over a decade of experience building products at startups, PJ brings deep technical expertise to solving the challenges researchers face every day. From architecting scalable systems to shipping critical features, he’s passionate about building technology that makes customer research accessible to teams of all sizes.

Prior to Great Question, PJ held technical leadership roles across early-stage startups and consulting teams, helping founders and enterprises alike turn complex ideas into elegant, production-ready software. He’s passionate about building high-performing engineering cultures and using technology to make research effortless and accessible for every team.

Born in South Africa and raised in New Zealand, PJ now calls Boulder, Colorado home—where you’ll find him exploring the mountains, riding his bike, or chasing powder on his snowboard.
