Leo Chen

Leo joined Inovia Capital’s Growth team in January 2025. Prior to this, he was an analyst in the Venture Growth practice at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he supported late-stage growth companies across North America and gained experience investing in various technology sectors.

Leo is graduating with an Honours Bachelor’s in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. During his time there, he was actively engaged in the startup community, serving as the Senior Associate for the University of Waterloo Student Venture Fund.
