Krista Skalde

Krista joined the Inovia Capital team in July 2021. Prior to Inovia, Krista lived in Abu Dhabi, working for a large sovereign wealth fund, leading the Talent and HR charge for the fund’s VC, PE, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Hedge Funds businesses. Pre-Abu Dhabi, she lived in Paris, working for a global management consulting firm.

Krista’s career has spanned a wide variety of HR and Talent areas, including leadership development, organizational design, change management, and executive coaching She has led or contributed to projects in North America, Brazil, France, Germany, Spain, Japan, China and, most recently, the United Arab Emirates. She studied Political Science and holds a D.E.A. (Master’s equivalent) from the Université de Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree from Laurentian University.
