Phoebe Kitchen

Phoebe is a VP on Inovia’s Growth Equity Team in our London office.

Before Inovia, Phoebe worked as an Associate at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP) on the High Conviction Equities team. At OTPP, she focused on late stage growth equity and pre-IPO investments, primarily within software and fintech, and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing potential investment opportunities alongside portfolio management. Phoebe started her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, working within the UK M&A team.

Phoebe graduated from Durham University with a First Class Degree in Economics and Geography.
