Alexia Minos

Alexia joined Inovia Capital in August 2024 as a Treasury Analyst in our Montreal office. She is part of the operations team, where she oversees banking operations, manages money movements, and supports cash flow activities.

Before joining Inovia, Alexia was the Treasurer at Cineflix Media Inc., a leading industry company. In that role, she managed global cash flow, handled FX currency exposures, and ensured the smooth running of treasury operations.

Originally from the U.K., Alexia holds a degree in Financial Management from the University of Portsmouth. She later relocated to Montreal to pursue a career in finance.
