Raif is a partner at Inovia with over 25 years of tech operating and investing experience. Previously, he served as Head of the EMEA Finance Leadership team at Google from 2011–2018 and as Global CFO at Deliveroo from 2018–2019. Prior to joining Google in 2005, Raif held roles at Reuters Venture Capital in Silicon Valley and at Capital One in Virginia. Between 2013 and 2020, Raif served on the Tate Art Galleries Finance & Operations and Audit Committees. Raif holds a BA in Mathematics from Oxford University, an MSc from UMIST and an MBA from INSEAD.
