Randal Meske biography

Randal Meske is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Shyft, where he manages the company’s fast-growing
business and leads a remote global team. Randal is a people-centric leader with consistent growth success
across billion-dollar global public companies, private equity-owned businesses and startups.

Throughout his career, Randal has practiced collaborative leadership to bring about successful transformations.
He has continuously focused on building relationships and promoting synergy across business lines and global
units to drive positive change, comprehensive business approaches, and enhanced growth and profitability.
Previously CRO at Construct Connect, Randal has a deep background in transformational operations and a
proven record of turnarounds rejuvenating stalled businesses and building new ones. He has had global success
scaling both direct enterprise sales and indirect channel revenues for both large and small businesses.

Randal’s prior experience has resulted in a stellar history of transformational change, building scalable revenue
processes using proven operating procedures. His prior career stints include executive roles at Oracle, Lotus,
Citrix, IHS Markit, and IBM, including three foreign tours with IBM in London, England; Vienna, Austria;
and Latin America.
