Luke Finney biography

Luke is the Co-Founder and President of Mercantile and is responsible for leading revenue, marketing, and internal operations. He previously founded Terminal, the world’s first tech-enabled platform for remote engineering teams, where he hired over 400 engineers as he scaled globally across five countries.

Before Terminal, Luke focused on evaluating LBO purchase opportunities in a LatAm focused PE firm and he started his career leading specialized small teams internationally in the US Navy.

Luke graduated from the US Naval Academy and completed a master’s at The London School of Economics. He’s an outdoor enthusiast interested in flying, biking, and endurance events.
