Chris Cave biography

Chris Cave has been the CEO of Life House since March 2024. He was recently the Chief Executive Officer at FlightHub Group, a Montreal-based B2C tech-travel company that owns and operates two of North America’s leading online travel agencies. Chris joined FlightHub in 2019, initially serving as Chief Operating Officer before being appointed as CEO in 2020. Chris successfully led the business through a restructuring process and turn around following the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and grew sales of airline tickets to almost 3B CAD in 2023.

Prior to joining FlightHub, Chris held the role of VP Digital and Analytics at SNC-Lavalin, a large multinational Engineering and Construction firm, where he led the company through its digital transformation. He established SNC-Lavalin’s internal Digital Factory, with teams in Canada, the UK and India focused on developing advanced technologies that improved the way SNC-Lavalin delivered projects to its clients. Chris started his career in the wireless industry, where he spent more than 15 years leading the design and development of 3G, 4G and 5G wireless communications systems.

Chris holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, where he developed a passion for leveraging technology to solve real business problems. He is a proven innovator, having authored over 250 granted US patents. Through his 20+ year career spanning multiple industries, Chris has successfully led various organizations through periods of growth and difficulty, always focused on building strong teams and driving them to win.
