Benjamin Philion biography

Benjamin Philion is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Talent.com, a job search platform that aims to connect the world to work. A Quebec native, he studied for a few years in Switzerland where he met one of his fellow co-founders Maxime Droux. He then returned to Montreal to focus his studies on the mathematical and statistical analysis of economics at Concordia University. With his technical experience in risk analysis from the National Bank of Canada and his entrepreneurial skills developed in the building of his first startup, vroum.ca, Benjamin helped build neuvoo, now Talent.com with Droux and Lucas Martínez.

Over the past ten years, Talent.com has grown from a site focusing on data and performance analysis of recruitment metrics, to the full-blown platform of products and services it is today.

Benjamin works from the head office of the company in Montreal where he lives with his wife and two children.
